​We would like to invite you on a self care adventure, time to nurture yourself. This day retreat will be full of surprises and exploration. It will strengthen your stamina, confidence, and ability to ground yourself. Through creative, collaborative and physical activities we will increase your level of awareness of body and spirit, practice a calm and peaceful mind, and achieve more connection to feel stronger and more positive.

The day will run from 10am-4pm in a beautiful wellness space in Mona Vale. It is fully catered with food and drinks so that you can fully focus on YOURSELF!

This retreat is for you if:
  1. you recognise the need to make time for self-care
  2. you often put others needs before your own
  3. you are open to using movement and creativity​
You don't need to have had any previous art experience or regular participation in organised exercise groups.

  4. Grounding and Movement with Quan Dao practice
  5. Therapeutic Art Making
  6. Meditation and Visualisation
  7. Reflection
  8. Activation

Qualified and experienced facilitators to support you.
Lunch, delicious goodies and refreshments provided throughout the day.
Yoga mats and blankets, art materials and notebooks provided.
