You are an active participant in the counselling process at every stage. Counselling may be short term or long term according to your needs.

Counselling is a profession with a strong evidence base using interventions and specialised interpersonal skills to enable change.

As a qualified art psychotherapist and counsellor, I have worked with people from many walks of life to support their healing from challenges associated with mental health, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, I have a calm, gentle and nurturing manner, and I highly value the wisdom and knowledge each person brings to the counselling relationship. Art and creativity can be incorporated into your counselling sessions if you choose. I integrate the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Self Compassion into counselling and art therapy sessions.

Introductory calls are FREE per 15 minute session.
Fees are $110 per 60 minute private counselling session.
